Repairs and punch lists
Send us the list. Each repair is priced as its own line, so you can do all of it, some of it, or start with the items that matter most.
Every house has a list: the ceiling fan that wobbles, the spout that drips, the mirror that came off the wall, the door that will not latch. On their own they are small; together they are a day or two of work.
We price the list item by item. You decide what to do now and what can wait, and the invoice matches the list.

In Chicago-area homes
Older homes in Chicago often have plaster walls, which need different anchors and patching than drywall. We bring the right materials for the wall you have.
How it is priced
After a walk-through, you get a written scope with each part of the job priced on its own line. Anything new that turns up is written up as a change order for your approval before it is added, and the invoice follows the scope line by line. How we work

Questions
Is my list too small?
Send it anyway. Small lists are often combined into one visit, and each item is priced separately so you can choose.
Can you finish a punch list left by another contractor?
Yes. We will walk the list with you, note what is involved for each item and price them individually.
