About Robert Waltos Homes
A Chicago-area renovation and repair business run by Robert Waltos. You deal directly with him.
Robert Waltos Homes takes on renovation, repair and turnover work for houses, two-flats, condos and rental units in Chicago and the suburbs.
The business is built on one idea: you should know what you are paying for. Every job gets a written scope priced line by line, every change is approved in writing before it is done, and material receipts are open to you.
Robert runs each job himself and coordinates the specialist trades a project needs, from electricians to heating installers. Calls and emails go straight to him.
